Cloud

Cloud's ultimate weapon is called the "Ultima Weapon". Ultima Weapon and Ultimate Weapon have been recurring themes in Final Fantasy games since FFVI. In the original FFVI translation, Ultima Weapon was called "Atma Weapon".

The Ultimate Weapon enemy appears in Final Fantasy VIII. In Final Fantasy IX, Zidane's best weapon is a sword called "Ultimate Weapon". Even as recently as FFXV, there is a very difficult boss known as "Ultima", and a powerful sword called "Ultima Blade".

Barret

Barret's best weapon is called the "Missing Score". There are a few ways to look at this.

You obtain this weapon on the way to fight Hojo - but only if Barret is in your party. So if Barret is not in your party, this weapon will be "Missing". Also, Barret has a " 'score' to settle" with Hojo.

This weapon works better with mastered materia. Mastered materia don't display the AP numbers (don't display=missing;numbers=score).

Tifa

Tifa's Level 4 Limit Break is called "Final Heaven". Her bar in Midgar is called "7th Heaven".

Aeris

Aeris' Level 4 Limit Break is the "Great Gospel". This makes sense as she is the most messianic person in FFVII (along with Cloud).

Red XIII

Red XIII's ultimate weapon is the Limited Moon. Its power depends upon Red's MP, or Magic Points. The Moon is related to magic.

Cait Sith

Cait Sith's ultimate weapon is the "HP Shout". Its damage depends upon Cait Sith's HP. Both of his Limit Breaks relate to gambling, appropriate as he comes from the Gold Saucer...

Cid

Cid's ultimate weapon is the Venus Gospel. Its power depends upon Cid's Magic Points - the planet Venus relates to magic.

Yuffie

Yuffie's Level 4 Limit Break is "All Creation". It does not create an "All" materia.

Vincent

Vincent's ultimate weapon is the "Death Penalty" - it gets more powerful the more enemies Vincent has killed. Vincent Valentine is a virtuous vampire.
